Energy may begin to return, appetite may improve, and the uterus is moving upward enough that your abdomen can start looking different. Nasal stuffiness, gum sensitivity, and a faint linea nigra can appear now too.
Week 14 may bring less nausea but more congestion, round-ligament aches, constipation, heartburn, and a growing appetite. Some people also notice dizziness if they stand quickly or go too long without food.
